The Timber & Surface Material division has earned a reputation for providing quality at an affordable price.  Backed by a dedicated team and affreightment facilities, the division imports several tons of timber logs and sawn timber.   Its sawmill at Jebel Ali is equipped with sophisticated and advanced machineries. 

Exclusively represented in Myanmar, Malaysia, Africa, New Zealand and Australia, the division procures, and distributes the best varieties of wood; White wood (Radiata Pine), Selangan, Batu, Meranti, Kapur, Keruing, Teak, Iroko, Mahogany, Gurjan, Padauk, Beech, Ash ,Oak, Maple etc. Strict quality control is ensured by expert graders at all supply sources in these countries.

The Zenath General Land Transport Company started operations in 1997 with tippers and trailers to support waste collection internally. In 1999, it had 30 equipments available for hire and today it has increased its capacity to 300 and is still growing. The division is also involved in activities such as earthworks and leasing of equipment and machinery like loaders, excavators, cranes, flat trailers and tippers.
